This piece was designed for a client in memory of her father. He loved to watch ravens and interact with them. He also loved Bowen Island, a magical little island just a short ferry ride off the coast of North Vancouver. The piece of driftwood these ravens are mounted on came from Bowen Island and the ash is located in the wings and tail of the birds.
